I am delighted to say that I will have two pieces in the forthcoming edition of The Ogham Stone magazine which is due out in February. The Ogham Stone is a literary magazine based in Limerick and edited by MA students from the University of Limerick and you can follow their blog here https://theoghamstoneul.wordpress.com/
Today my 75 words story, Like aspergillus, is published online with Paragraph Planet. This is a great website that publishes a new 75 word story or novel extract everyday from new writers as well as established authors. Currently they are seeking submissions, so if you have 75 words that make a good story, then see their website for submission details http://www.paragraphplanet.com/
Today I was able to proof read my entry in the National Flash Fiction Anthology 2014, Eating My Words. It gave me such a thrill to see my name in print with other writers for whom I have much admiration such as the editors, Calum Kerr, Angela Readman and Amy Mackelden, as well as other talented contributors. It has a great cover too which will make it a really enticing read.
Having read a few of the other stories already I know that no-one will be disappointed by the quality and variety of the work showcased in the anthology.
National Flash Fiction Day is on 21st June, so it won’t be long before everyone can get a copy and see for themselves!
